Oscilloscopes tout hardware-accelerated analysis
Keysight’s Infiniium MXR-B-Series oscilloscopes offer automated test tools and hardware-accelerated analysis to quickly find anomalies. The series comprises 12 models ranging in performance from 500 MHz to 6 GHz, 4 or 8 channels, and multiple hardware and software options.
Built-in tools reduce troubleshooting time by automating fault detection, design compliance testing, power integrity analysis, protocol decoding of more than 50 serial protocols, and mask testing on all channels simultaneously. Each scope leverages the same hardware-acceleration ASIC as Keysight’s 110-GHz UXR-B-Series oscilloscopes to accelerate analysis, eye diagrams, and triggering.
MXR B-Series scopes provide an update rate of greater than 200,000 waveforms/s, a sample rate of 16 Gsamples/s, and bandwidth up to 6 GHz that does not decrease with channel usage. They also boost jitter analysis by up to 70% and power integrity analysis by 65% compared to the MXR A-Series. A noise floor as low as 43 µV and an effective number of bits (ENOB) of up to 9.0 ensure accurate measurements.
